Orders
You can place your order by submitting your order. If the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will also receive a receipt to your email after we processed your order, it can take up to 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel. 

Please note, once the order is processed, it is not possible to cancel it.


Payment
The amount will be deducted from your account after the purchase is successed.

We accept the following payments in Denmark: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and debit cards. You can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.


Shipping
We are now ship to a limited amount of countries. If you don’t find the destination you want to ship to, please email us to service@ninetyoneninetytwo.com with the products you want to purchase, we will get back to you with a shipping fee.   


Delivery time
ninetyoneninetytwo is conscious about production efficiency. Depending on the product, the delivery time can vary.

In most cases, we will ship out your products in 3-5 working days. For the lighting collection, the time might up to 2 weeks. For the Soft Is Stool and the 70s Floor Lamp, please contact us for details.

The delay of delivery depends on the number of orders and on the overload of work. We will inform you by email if your order gets delayed.


Returns
You can return your purchase and get refund within 30 days after purchase. The product needs to be in the original / unused condition, original package needs to be returned with the product. Gifted products are not refundable, instead, you can change to other products or get store credits. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at service@ninetyoneninetytwo.com to exchange a new one or refund. The damaged product needs to be returned to us.
